Set up participant ECOUTER accounts

Identify how many participant ECOUTER accounts are required based on Selecting participants
Create the participant ECOUTER accounts as per the instructions to Set up an ECOUTER administrator account
create a .csv file (or a comma seperated list) of all the participant ECOUTER accounts to Invite participant ECOUTER accounts later.
