Start a new ECOUTER mindmap

  • Define a question to be answered during the ECOUTER

It may be necessary to provide a shortened version of the question in order to fit it in the centre of the mind map.

  • Follow the instructions to log on to an ECOUTER using your administrator account username and password

  • Click + New mind map

  • Type in a short version of the ECOUTER question and click create

  • The mindmap is created with the ECOUTER question in a blue box in the centre of the map
