  • Define intervals during the day to moderate the ECOUTER e.g. every 12 hours and create a rota for moderators

  • Create a checklist of content moderation:

    • removing inappropriate content and personal information

    • testing weblinks (are they broken links, is the content appropriate)

  • Create a checklist for structure moderation:

    • formatting the mindmap e.g. keeping consistent colour coded branches

    • check the version history to ensure no branches have been occidentally deleted - if they have repopulate them.
