Participants can be invited via two methods outlined below
Method 1: Via the API
- Use the Mind42 API to invite the participant ECOUTER accounts
Method 2: Via the administrator account on mind42.com
Log onto the administrator ECOUTER account and click
collaboratorsbutton under the mindmap you wish to invite participants to
- Copy from your .csv file created in Set up participant ECOUTER accounts and paste your comma seperated list of participant email addresses into the
collaborator email address box - Ensure
collaborators can edit the mind mapis checked (blue)
- Click
invite
