These instructions are to allow delegates for the WUN DAPPER workshop to download and install necessary software to sit the PathVisio tutorial run by Prof Chris Evelo, Maastricht University.

Download the PathVisio Materials 

• Download the file from google drive and click the blue button Download Anyway
• Extract the .zip file to your local machine.

• Navigate to 

PathVisio_workshop_WUN_Bristol/pathvisio-3.2.2/

• doubleclick to run the Java webstart file pathvisio.jar
