Download the PathVisio MaterialsÂ
- Download the file from google drive and click the blue buttonÂ
Download Anyway - Extract the .zip file to your local machine.
Navigate toÂ
PathVisio_workshop_WUN_Bristol/pathvisio-3.2.2/
- doubleclick to run the Java webstart fileÂ
pathvisio.jar
Linux users will need to install java and make the .jar executable before running it.
