Method 1: Automated method

• Use the Mind42 API to back up a range of file types.
• It is suggested that .png and .m42 are backed up periodically to have an evolution archive of the ECOUTER

Method 2: Manual method

• Log into Mind42 using the designated ECOUTER administrator account. 
• From the list of maps hover over the right hand of the map title to bring up the pop-up edit menu.  Click the arrow and select Export
  
  
  
• Select the file format you wish to save.  It is recommended that .m42 and .png file types are saved.
  
• Browse to a suitable location to save the file and select OK
