- Define intervals during the day to moderate the ECOUTER e.g. every 12 hours and create a rota for moderators
- Create a checklist of content moderation:
- removing inappropriate content and personal information
- testing weblinks (are they broken links, is the content appropriate)
- Create a checklist for structure moderation:
- formatting the mindmap e.g. keeping consistent colour coded branches
- check the version history to ensure no branches have been occidentally deleted - if they have repopulate them.
